Swiftsure offers a number of packaging options for our Wild Select™ seafood products. Quick-frozen products can either
be vacuum packed or triple glazed and placed directly in a plastic-lined shipping box to reduce waste (see below). For fresh products, fillets and fillet portions are vacuum packed prior to shipping, while whole products are shipped with low-temperature gel packs.
Go green
For customers interested in reducing waste, Swiftsure offers triple glazing in place of traditional plastic vacuum packaging. Processed products are triple dipped in a protective salt-sugar glaze designed to seal in moisture and flavor with zero compromise on quality. Good for the environment, and good for your waste removal budget, too. |
